UPPM Download Manager.

Please make sure you have pop up blockers switched off and that you have the latest version of Java installed.

We’ve set a default download location for you which is /UPPM_DOWNLOADS. If you want to change it, it’s dead simple, just follow the instructions below.

PC USERS: Find the folder you want to download to and copy and paste the location path into the ‘download preferences’ area under My Account.

TIP – If you would like your downloads to go to a file on your desktop just copy and paste the following into the Download Location field inserting your PC username in the relevant place:
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME_HERE\Desktop\UPPM_DOWNLOADS

MAC USERS – If you want to change your download location please follow the steps below:

Safari: Type your file path into the Download Location field in Download Settings/Preferences in Account Details. For example: /users/joe_bloggs/Desktop/UPPM_DOWNLOADS

Firefox: Click Firefox, go to Preferences, click „save files to‟ dropdown, click Choose and select your folder. Click Open and then copy the file path, you need to then paste this into the Download Location field in Download Settings/Preferences in Account Details in the UPPM website.
